We collect your name, email address, and screenplay content you create. We also store your AI provider preferences (API keys are encrypted).

2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used only to provide the ScriptForge service. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your screenplays to train AI models.

3. AI API Keys
If you provide AI API keys (Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini), they are encrypted before storage and used only to make API calls on your behalf.

4. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

5. Email
We send transactional emails only (account verification, password reset, payment receipts). We do not send marketing emails without your consent.

6. Data Storage
Your data is stored on Render.com servers in the United States. We take reasonable steps to protect your data.

7. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@getscriptforge.app.

8. Cookies
We use session cookies only for keeping you logged in. No advertising or tracking cookies.
